Do you have water coming through your ceiling?

When you have water coming through your ceiling it's probably because you have a roof leak somewhere. However, if the roof has been leaking on the insulation then you might have a worse problem than you think.

Insulation is like a sponge and can hold a lot of water. By the time the water hits your ceiling, it will be too late. The wet insulation will cause the drywall in the ceiling to lose its integrity and eventually fall in like it did in this picture.

Doesn't the restoration look great! The homeowners were very happy with the work we did to have their kitchen looking "Like it never even happened."
